An ideal companion piece to Port's adjacent, larger, color artwork, this 2005 rendering was created for the 4th Annual Ray Lewis Foundation Cocktail Party and Auction. A signed giclee print was auctioned off back then, but the original drawing has never seen the light of day until now! Matted and framed to measure 23 x 39", it captures, in Port's trademark hyper-realistic detail, the fiery enthusiasm and brute power that defines #52's looming legacy. Tats, bulging muscles, coursing veins, mouth open in a roar—this is Ray Ray through and through. A 13-time Pro Bowler, 2-time Defensive Player of the Year, 2-time Super Bowl champion and Super Bowl MVP, Ray Lewis retired at the top of his game and on top of the world. Next stop: Canton. Port's longtime affiliation and friendship with Lewis dates back to the 2002 founding of the Ray Lewis 52 Foundation to benefit disadvantaged youth. Adam was chosen as the featured artist at the foundation's first annual fundraising event, and he has returned to the gala every year since. Other Port clients include fine-art collectors; influential entities such as the NBA, Basketball Hall of Fame and Elvis Presley Enterprises; and celebrities like Michael Jordan and Carmelo Anthony.

Please note: This item will ship directly from the artist in Cedarhurst, NY.
